Quick Facts

• Stable and secure employed position with a top hospital system in the region
• 7-on/7-off day block schedule with some night blocks shared with other hospitalists
• Will be 161 shifts or 23 weeks annually with 29 weeks off
• Join a team of 5 hospitalists with specialty support
• Reasonable patient census for rounding and admissions
• Open to IM or FM physicians available now or 2024 residents; H-1B visa sponsorship
• Salary and incentives are over $300k with a full hospital benefits package
• Western Wisconsin community 90 minutes east of Minneapolis/St Paul, Minnesota
