Vitrolife has an immediate opening in our North American Sales Team as a Clinical Sales Support. This is a full-time, exempt position with estimated base salary between $100,000 - $115,000 per year.

The Clinical Sales Support role provides technical support, troubleshooting, and product trainings for customers. This occurs onsite in customer labs, through group presentations at their facility or by webinars and phone calls. The role is responsible for planning Vitrolife customer workshops, including scientific content, and give scientific and product lectures to invited guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and product trainings for customers
• Plan and deliver customer workshops
• Plan and deliver scientific and product lectures

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 8 years’ experience as an embryologist.
• Ability to problem solve; ability to foresee and prevent problems.
• You are energetic, self-motivated, and analytical.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and advance several tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to travel 50% of time.
