Position Overview: The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coaching a successful Inside Sales Team. The role involves daily oversight of the Inside Sales team setting sales targets developing and implementing sales strategies establishing as well as monitoring KPIs and driving revenue growth.

Primary Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Leads coaches and mentors a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Fosters a highperformance culture that promotes teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.

Oversees performance and development of inside sales team.

Sales Strategy:

Develops and implements effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Sets sales goals (quotas plus key sales objectives for inbound and outbound sales) and other defined sales metrics for inside sales representatives.

Prepares and executes action plans for inside sales team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Collaborates with Marketing and Outside Sales teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Performance Monitoring:

Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales quotas across the team including being accountable for team performance including exceeding all aligned sales and margin goals.

Analyzes sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Maintains and improves CRM for effective data analysis and communication.

Training and Development:

Conducts regular oneonone review with sales representatives to build effective communications understand training and development needs and provide insight for improvement of team sales.

Coaches and mentors representatives to effectively execute the company s sales strategies helping individuals exceed sales targets and coaching on use of tools and technology

Requirements

5 years of inside sales experience including a minimum of 3 years in inside sales management role.

Strong background and track record in managing creative sales initiatives is preferred.

Proficient with HubSpot as sales and marketing automation system. Experience with other sales management tools a plus.

Proficient with MS Office Suite including Teams Meetings tools.

Resultsdriven goaloriented and highly motivated with an internal drive to succeed.

Exceptional interpersonal leadership coaching and teambuilding skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
