Epsilon is seeking a  University Relations Coordinator  to join the Early Careers team. As a University Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact with target universities and colleges while supporting our branding and recruiting efforts through event management. A successful associate will have the ability to forge and maintain relationships with their external contacts, internal stakeholders, and support the campus recruiters while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below:

• Assist in planning and supporting all on-campus, virtual, and in-office events
  • Manage registration and expenses for all events and conferences
  • Correspond with university contacts to plan various on campus branding events
  • Staff each event with the appropriate amount of representatives and provide prep information
  • Ship and organize materials (banners, giveaways, brochures) to events in advance as applicable
  • Attending events as applicable
• Develop communication strategy to enhance relationships with key university partners (career services, faculty, student groups, alumni)
• Provide support for interviews virtually, on campus and onsite as applicable
  • Staff all managers involved in interviews and build out interview schedules utilizing Yello
  • Correspond with candidates and staff members as needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates traveling to onsite interviews if applicable
• Assist with pre-hire engagement for new hires, the onboarding process, and Intern and New Grad Programs
• Other University Relations and Early Career related projects as needed

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Ability to be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week with additional in-office support as needed
• Strong relationship management skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills required
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior recruiting/HR experience preferred, campus recruiting a plus
• Exposure to Yello and/or Handshake a plus

Team-oriented, ability to establish rapport across virtual/remote relationships
