Ames Community School District is seeking Substitute Registered Nurses for the 2023-24 school year.Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Provides primary and emergency care to minimize the effects of accidents and illness in the schools.
Communicates with administration and other staff regarding student health care needs.
Assists with crisis intervention for students, families and staff.
Maintains student health records.
Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Possess a valid RN license. Must be adaptable, collaborative, and an effective problem-solver.
