Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team, where the roles of Service Call Center Professional and Cashier are combined. This unique opportunity entails engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and facilitating efficient transactions. Whether assisting customers over the phone or in person, your role will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and streamlined operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers over the phone and in person, delivering exceptional service in a courteous and professional manner.
- Set appointments for customers to visit the dealership, promoting engagement and customer interactions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Utilize the dealership's computer system to calculate customer bills and process payments effectively.
- Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments, accurately recording transaction details.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
- Collaborate with department managers to stay informed about new products, services, and pricing changes.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with integrity, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Issue accurate receipts and change to customers, ensuring proper documentation.
- Perform cashiering and clerical duties efficiently, utilizing basic computer skills and office equipment.
- Maintain service files and records promptly.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents promptly.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively.
- Display a professional appearance and uphold a positive work ethic.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or cashiering role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug/background screening.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience with cash handling is advantageous.
- Customer-centric mindset and dedication to exceptional service.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
