Job Title: Tax Manager
Job Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid)
Job Salary: $130,000-$175,000
Requirements:
1.)  5+ years of tax experience
2.)  2+ years of partnership tax experience
3.) 2+ years of Real Estate or REIT experience
4.)  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
5.) Able to work in the office 3 times a week

We are searching for an experienced and organized Tax Manager to join our team in the Real Estate - Property Mgt industry. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of partnership tax, GAAP, and tax reporting . Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Taxation.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all taxes and ensuring accurate reporting. You will be expected to manage all tax filings, handle audits, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying abreast of new developments and tax laws.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills:
1.)  5+ years of tax experience
2.)  2+ years of partnership tax experience
3.) 2+ years of Real Estate or REIT experience
4.)  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
5.) Able to work in the office 3 times a week

Pluses (Not required):
1.) REIT or Real Estate experience
2.) Big 4 or large public accounting experience
3.) CPA or CPA candidate
4.) Public tax experience
