Join Our Premier Banking Client's Merchant Quality Assurance Team
We are on the lookout for proactive and driven professionals to play a pivotal role in our Merchant Quality Assurance team. This is a prime opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to the development and enhancement of Quality Assurance (QA) programs that align with our strategic business objectives.
What You'll Do:
• Spearhead the creation of new QA programs, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
• Oversee the review and establishment of robust policies and procedures.
• Design and implement effective QA evaluation scripts.
• Identify key testing populations and essential process steps.
• Thoroughly document all program requirements.
• Utilize your strong communication skills to foster meaningful collaboration across various organizational levels.
• Display autonomy within team structures to accomplish objectives.
• Conduct detailed second-level reviews of evaluations in a high-velocity, complex setting.
What We're Looking For:
• 1-2 years of experience in auditing, quality assurance, policy and procedure review, or technical writing.
• The ability to thrive and deliver results in complex work environments.
Desired Skills:
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• A proven track record in staff training and development.
• Mastery in conducting thorough policy reviews and crafting standard operating procedures.
