Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain ceiling systems such as but limited to acoustical tile and suspension systems.
- Must have knowledge of and experience with Fire/smoke door assemblies as it relates to the installation, inspection and repair.
- Set hollow metal door jambs and hang doors.
- Install and repair various flooring systems.
- Knowledge of general construction techniques and materials such as ability to install metals studs and drywall, install glass and glazing.
- Is able to work at heights off of ladders and scaffold in order to perform maintenance, repairs and new installation of above systems
- Assists in snow removal duties
- Performs wheelchair and litter maintenance and repairs.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read a rule.
- Have experience and can demonstrate the ability to repair Class I builders hardware both cylindrical and mortise style.
- Available for on call.
