We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the General Counsel of our client, a Fortune 500 company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the legal department, with a focus on litigation support. The position is onsite and based in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the General Counsel's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

2. Litigation Support:
- Assist in the management of litigation matters, including tracking case deadlines, court filings, and discovery requests.
- Coordinate with internal and external legal teams on litigation-related tasks.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for legal documents.

3. Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the General Counsel and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit legal correspondence, emails, and other communications.

4. Travel and Event Coordination:
- Arrange travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries for the General Counsel.
- Coordinate and organize legal events, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. preferred but not required
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
- Prior experience in litigation support is preferred.
