We are seeking an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is an expert in quantitative and qualitative market analysis. This role excels in reading market changes, reviewing changes against key performance indications, applying key market statistics, interpreting findings, and helping marketing managers understand the numbers behind their marketing recommendations. The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing data across multiple channels, creating reports and dashboards, and presenting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Check and analyze the important numbers that show how well a business is doing, and compare them to data about the market to see how the business is doing in its area. 
• Look at how the business gets new customers, from when they first see an ad to when they actually buy something, to find places where the business can do better. 
• Work with leaders in different parts of the business and people who help them to suggest plans for improving things. 
• Make plans for how to use information to help the business meet its goals for selling things. 
• Study information from different places, like the business's website, emails they send out, social media, and ads, to find out what's working and what's not. 
• Make reports and charts from your analysis that shows information in a way that's easy to understand, and send them to the people who own the business. 
• Watch what other businesses are doing and what's happening in the industry to come up with plans for how to sell things better. 
• Tell people in the business how to use and keep track of information over time. 

Marketing Analyst Key Job Tasks: 

• Deal with important questions related to strategy as they come up. 
• Keep track of how well marketing is working, report on it, and analyze it. 
• Handle random requests for information and help people understand how marketing is supposed to work in their area, based on what the company has approved. 
• Analyze customer data inside and outside the company, using tools like spreadsheets, databases, and software that helps with campaigns, and use what you learn to make decisions. 
• Look at how people use the company's website and give ideas for how to make it better. 
• Look at different ads and tests to see which ones work best, and tell people what you found out. 
• Make presentations that teach other parts of the company about what you've learned from looking at the market and what customers want. 
• Advise on other marketing functions (offline advertising, earned estimates strategies) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data. 

Marketing Analyst Qualifications / Skills: 

• Master proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis 
• Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen 
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills 
• Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy 
• Expert proficiency in reading and analyzing a book of business and strong skills in understanding excel formulas 
• Working proficiency in creating email campaigns in online software tools, such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot. 
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, or a related field  
• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field  
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy  

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
