Senior Contract Nurse Recruiter

Location: OnSite Pompano Beach FL or TriState Area (NYC NJ and CT)

Salary Range: $60000 $80000

Commission Structure: 8% 12% commission to start then 5% 30% once you pass $1 million in GP

Requirements:

• 3 years of recruiting experience in the travel nursing/allied staffing industry placing travel healthcare staff with hospital centers and/or educational facilities . The ideal candidate will be onsite

About the Role

The ideal candidate for this role would have experience recruiting Temp/Contract RN and or Allied health professionals into hospitals and/or educational facilities across the country.

Responsibilities

• Build working relationships with nursing and allied health professionals

• Ensure your nurses first day details and facilitate their credentialing and onboarding processes

• Source sell to and keep a strong network of qualified healthcare professionals on assignment and in your pipeline
• Work with your team to stay on track of sales goals/KPI

Candidate Requirements

• Strong understanding of temp healthcare staffing
• 3 years in the temp healthcare staffing industry
• Ability to work onsite in either Pompano Beach Florida or the TriState Area (NYC NJ or CT)
