The City of Southlake Fire Department is now accepting applications for the following positions:
Applicants MUST already be certified AND in one of the following classifications to be considered

If you pass the pre-screen, you will be sent the Personal History Statement. The completed PHS will be due by 5PM on March 16th, 2024. Once received, it will be reviewed and you will be notified if you are invited to test.

Written Examination (fully certified Firefighter/Paramedics are exempt from written):
Saturday, March 23rd 2024 OR Sunday, March 24th 2024

Our world class Firefighters provide fire protection and emergency medical services for the preservation of life and property. This is accomplished by responding to emergency calls, providing emergency medical services, hazardous materials responses, completing firefighting and rescue activities, providing public education, and inspecting and testing plans and equipment. Other duties include maintaining the fire station, Hazmat operations, performing inspections of commercial properties, conducting tours, inspecting equipment, and performing related duties as assigned.
