The Corporate Audit Department works proactively with the business to identify the risks and challenges facing Campbell’s. We provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve company operations. The Audit Department has broad experience across most functional and operational areas of the company with a skillset that is highly sought after within the organization.

General Summary
Campbell Soup Company has an opening available in Corporate Audit function at our World Headquarters location in Camden, NJ. Campbell’s operates in a hybrid work environment with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week remote.
50% of the time:
Participate as a member of Audit Data Analytics tower with responsibilities such as:
Build and develop data analytics with visuals to identify and present insights across the audit lifecycle including risk assessments, engagement scoping and testing support as part of audit sprints.
Perform continuous monitoring and/or auditing activities by designing and building solutions for assessing and monitoring various risks using data.
50% of the time:
Participate as a member of an audit/process review team (2-5 people) with responsibilities such as:
Analyze financial and/or operational data to assess the adequacy/effectiveness/efficiency of business processes.
Identify trends and root causes of audit observations in order to make recommendations for control or process improvements.
Assist with the development of ongoing process improvements, including leveraging technology to gain efficiency and maximize audit scopes.
Establish and maintain relationships within the team and across the business.
The Co-op will report to Audit Data Analytics Lead and additionally to Audit Team Lead when assigned to an individual audit engagement.
The qualified candidates will have:
Strong data analytics skills to perform data analysis and visualization and draw meaningful insights.
Exceptional communication skills that demonstrate an ability to collaborate within a team and across the finance function.
A proactive work style to escalate questions and issues to project managers in a timely fashion.
Strong organizational skills , a high-level attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.
Motivation to improve existing tools, processes, and templates to drive efficiencies in the department.
A willingness to improve oneself by soliciting feedback from project managers.
A desire to be a team player by seeking out new projects and opportunities on which you can help.
Currently pursuing a Business degree (Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred) or Data Science degree.
Maintaining a Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Power Query, Power BI.
Exhibit a basic understanding and experience with financial accounting, balance sheet / P&L statement and budgeting activities.
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Power Automation, Alteryx (analytical tool) is preferred but not required.
Experience with DAX language and Python is preferred but not required.
