Pure Search | Private Client Tax Manager | Mid-Tier | New York
Pure Search are currently working in partnership with a Mid-Tier Firm on the East Coast in order to recruit a Tax Manager to be based out of one of their East Coast Offices. My client is currently undergoing a large period of growth and is looking for forward-thinking individuals to be a part of their expansion.
The role;
As a Manager within the Private Client Tax Team, you will be an integral point of contact for more junior members of staff and a key figure providing high quality services to clients
Duties include but are not limited to;
* To supervise, manage and upskill more junior members of staff when necessary
* To manage a portfolio that ranges across a multitude of small company clients
* Lead on and undertake provisioning, compliance and advisory work where appropriate
* To be a key figure in the development and maintenance of relationships with both more senior and junior members of staff
* Being a key figure for risk and logging risks/escalations
The relevant candidates will have;
* CPA or equivalent qualification
* Experience in private client services in compliance
* Have excellent communication skills and a strong track record in organisation and people management
