A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OF HOUSE RESTAURANT MANAGER
As a Front of House Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for keeping our front house operations and team efficient. Every day, you come in ready to work and help others. We do a lot of birthday parties, league-driven activities, and tournaments that keep us busy. As soon as customers walk through our doors, they receive a warm welcome from you and your team. Your excellent communication skills shine through as you train employees and make sure that our loyal customers are receiving the best customer service possible. As needed, you follow up and resolve any issues with customers in a timely manner. You enjoy helping create the best experience for our customers!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OF HOUSE RESTAURANT MANAGER
Aloha POS system experience is a plus. Do you have excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally? Can you lead and motivate a team of others to perform their best work every day? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Do you work well with a team? Can you manage your time and tasks efficiently? If yes, you might just be perfect for this management position!
