Job description
Compensation: $14.00 per hour – DOE
Employment Type: Part-Time
Terms: This is a part time job – hours are dependent of a 2″ snowfall, working hours are 10PM – 7AM.
Job Summary: Snow Shovelers – Anchorage *ON-CALL* Night time hours*Part Time
Requirements:
- MUST have VALID Alaska Driver’s License
- Must be dependable
- Be able to follow directions and be a productive member of a crew
- Be knowledgeable with basic snow removal equipment
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Be able to work quickly producing high quality work
- Must have iphone or Android phone
- Basic computer knowledge
Job responsibilities:
- Include maintaining multiple commercial sites under the guidance of a supervisor relating to snow removal including keeping walkways clear by shoveling or operation of mechanical means, or deicing/salting of walkways.
- Must have the ability to work all hours of the night while on call, and be able to work safely, proficiently with quality results.
- Must be able to respond to call out within 1 hour.
