Role description:
Arcadis seeks a highly skilled and motivated Project Controls Schedule Lead to join our dynamic Major Projects team within the growing Arcadis Mobility organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating sophisticated design planning, control, and change management strategies for expansive Design-Build transportation projects spanning North America. Your responsibilities will extend to providing essential support to Design-Build Project Managers and the Project Controls Manager, both in the strategic phases of project pursuits and, post-award, during the execution of projects to ensure the accuracy of project schedules and financial benchmarks. The Project Controls Schedule Lead will be a key member of the Major Projects Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Project Controls Manager.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000.
