What You'll Do:
The Inside Sales Associate is pivotal in bridging the gap between potential customers and our cutting-edge power solutions. In this position, you will leverage your sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and technical knowledge to drive TOG Technologies’ division Digital Power growth. You’ll play a crucial role in driving the sales efforts at Digital Power, ensuring our innovative power solutions reach a wider market.
Here’s a deeper dive into your responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Development: Proactively research and identify potential leads, utilizing various sources to build a robust pipeline. By maintaining a detailed log, you ensure every opportunity is tracked and pursued.
- Lead Engagement: Through targeted communication strategies, you will engage with both cold and warm leads via phone and email. Your goal is to advance these leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to the close of sale, by providing timely and persuasive follow-ups.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams and Partners: Working closely with our internal teams and channel partners, you’ll contribute to building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. This collaboration ensures a unified approach to reaching sales targets.
- Customer Needs Assessment: With a consultative approach, you will dive deep into understanding the specific needs of each potential customer. Your ability to demonstrate how our products meet these needs will be key to closing sales.
- Product Demonstrations: You’ll arrange and conduct online meetings and product demos, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our power solutions. These demonstrations are critical in convincing prospects of the value our products offer.
- Relationship Building: Developing meaningful relationships with customers is at the heart of this role. Through effective communication and follow-up, you’ll build trust and loyalty, turning prospects into long-term clients.
- CRM Management: All sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals, will be meticulously tracked in the company’s CRM system. Regularly updating account information is crucial for accurate forecasting and strategic planning.

- Tech Savvy: Experience in Power Electronics? Great. Know your way around NetSuite? Even better.
- Educated: Holding a BA/BS degree or something similar.
