As a member of the Information Resources (IR) Culture Management Team, the Training Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of training at UTSW. This position is responsible for the management, leadership, development, and support for a team of trainers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality training. In this role, you will execute all mandatory Human Capital Management functions for team members and encourage a culture of continuous learning within the training team. You will collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to understand specific training needs for different teams and initiatives and manage the design and development of training programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and identified needs. You will also manage the delivery of training programs using a variety of methods including workshops, seminars, webinars, and e-learning platforms, and provide input into the training budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources. This role requires you to stay informed of advancements in training technologies and tools that enhance the learning experience and optimize training operations.
