Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join a strong Tulsa team! You will report to the Controller and assist in the preparation and analysis of financial records for our company as well as invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciling bank accounts and various other accounting functions. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation and examination of accounting records, financial statements, taxes and other financial reports
- General ledger and financial statement preparation
- Sales tax reporting and income tax preparation
- Payroll and accounts payable processing
- Account/bank reconciliations and depreciation schedule preparation
- Monthly and year-end closing assistance
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
- Working closely with leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other business-related field or a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, or staff accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications: - Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
