Job description
EveryMatrix is looking for a Project Manager to our Business Process Management Team in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:
- Manage project development from initiation to closure;
- Perform all PM specific activities: project planning scheduling time progress and resource tracking;
- Work with project stakeholders to define project scope goals deliverables resources and time lines;
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved;
- Mitigate any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle;
- Track and report on project milestones and provide activity status reports monitoring progress against baseline;
- Identify risks and other factors that may affect the project outcome;
- Inherit and help develop new tools and best practices for project management and execution;
- Clearly communicate expectations and requirements to team members and stakeholders;
- Analyze existing workflows and procedures propose ways to improve them;
- Stay updated regarding project management procedures and best practices and put them into practice in assigned projects.
Requirements:
- Technical University/ Computer Science or University of Economics/ BusinessManagement;
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management;
- Preferably 2 4 years of experience in IT project management IT product management;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and how to interact with project members;
- Some of the software required: Microsoft Office suite JIRA/ Confluence Monday MS VISIO;
- Strong documentation oral and written communications skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues;
- Analytic mind (strategic thinking);
- Result oriented with problem solving skills.
Soft Skills:
- Team player;
- Good planner and organizer;
- Natural curiosity and open minded attitude;
- Willingness and openness to learning new industry related information;
- Project Management Certification or courses are a plus.
