Job Summary:

At OnetoOne Physical Therapy & Aquatics, we are looking for a Physical Therapy Technician who is a team player and who cannot only assist our clinicians with patients but can also assist at the front desk as needed. Come join our friendly team at our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Lake Worth.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet patients and direct them accordingly
• Answer incoming telephone lines
• Direct calls to Billing office as necessary
• Schedule appointments
• Ensure a clean, neat clinic environment
• Maintain equipment as directed
• Check patients in and out
• Collect copays as directed
• Perform any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a medical environment, ideally in a physical or occupational therapy department, is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Organization, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
