Paraprofessionals Needed (20+/hr)

Job description

We are currently seeking multiple contracted paraprofessionals to join our team in Wilmington, MA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic and social-emotional needs
• Support classroom instruction and management
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed by the teacher or special education team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
• Strong behavioral experience 

This is a contracted position with a competitive hourly rate ($20+). The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with hours to be determined by the school's needs.
