Job description
Role:Business Process Analyst
Location :Remote
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Process Manager to transform listed activities from supplteams and IT professionals into visual flows in a business process managementtool.
- Participate in interviews, workshops, and process discussions to capture the nuances and intricacies of each step within the supply chain.
- Understand inputs, outputs, decision points, and interactions between different stages of a process to translate provided information into intuitive workflows of the end-to-end supply chain workflow.
- Clearly articulate any conditional paths, exceptions, or alternate workflows within theprocess maps.
- Identify and document variations in the supply chain processes to accommodatedifferent scenarios or business units.
- Keen to detail and accuracy in process documentation and procedure.
- Experience in developing work instructions, SOPs and training materials
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment
- Proficiency in using Business Optix software for process mapping and documentationhighly desired
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to participate interviews to gather process-related information if needed Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices desired
