VCA Hometown Animal Hospital ( is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to complement our talented team in Pflugerville, Texas.

VCA Hometown Animal Hospital is an established 6-doctor practice with a highly collaborative team and support staff. Our hospital provides exceptional care for the cats, dogs, exotics, pocket pets, and birds of Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Hutto, North Austin, and Pflugerville, TX. The hospital is equipped with a modern state-of-the-art surgical facility, a radiology department, an in-house diagnostic lab, and a complete pet pharmacy. From routine to non-routine surgery, diagnostics, canine and feline boarding, International and Domestic Travel Certificates, and dental care, we are able to provide your pet with the best quality and excellence in veterinary medicine available anywhere
Our hospital hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. We offer a 4-day work week (with a rotation on Saturdays), which allows our doctors to have a strong work-life balance!
Pflugerville is a major suburb of Austin. It has a small-town feel with many outdoor amenities including trails, water parks, and sporting events. It is very pet friendly with lots of community parks! It is only 25 minutes north of downtown Austin and the airport. We are also conveniently located near highways/toll roads for easy access to our surrounding suburban communities. We have Georgetown and Round Rock to our north, Austin to the south and west of us, along with Cedar Park, Leander, and Hutto within a short driving distance!
