Our client is seeking a talented Public Finance Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience. - Collaborate with governments, underwriters, and banks on various municipal finance transactions.
- Provide expertise in municipal finance, tax, and securities law.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
- Draft legal documents, including bond documentation, opinions, and contracts.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Assume significant responsibility in managing projects and transactions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar in Florida.
- Three to five years of experience in public finance or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of municipal finance, tax, and securities law.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
