The Position
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our firm. In this role, you will be an integral part of the firm's dynamic team, contributing directly to our rapid growth and market reach. You will work to enhance the firm's reach by designing, implementing, and overseeing all recruitment strategies for the firm. You will play an active and crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent.
This role requires an individual who is organized, proactive, detail and results oriented, growth minded, and who can build and maintain strong relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and lead firmwide recruitment strategies and manage all processes therein.
- Actively network and utilize your network and industry knowledge to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Manage applicant tracking software to ensure it is being used effectively and efficiently.
- Own the candidate assessment process; partner with Department Heads and hiring managers to determine competencies required to perform each job.
- Create and maintain a reporting system for all recruitment efforts, priorities, vacancies and status reporting.
- Lead a recruitment team on the adoption of best practices, recruitment strategies, communication and negotiation skills, and tools for improvement.
- Ensure appropriate applicant correspondence and records are maintained with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Manage the offer approval process; work closely with Managing Partners and People Operations to determine offer terms, prepare offer materials and other related items.
- Ensure all recruitment efforts are conducted with a fiscally responsible mindset.
- Partner with the People Operations Department to review compensation structure for all positions to ensure the firm is consistent with market and industry trends.
- Remain aware of changes in the industry and share competitive market intelligence such as hiring data and potential opportunities that could contribute to the firm's growth.
- Attends career/job fairs, industry and client events and be an ambassador for the firm.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a talent acquisition manager.
- 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and competing demands under tight deadlines.
- Excellent judgement, discretion and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience using electronic applicant tracking and recruitment software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively.
- Must be extremely responsive to both internal and external parties.
- Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and regard for confidentiality.
- Ability to utilize the latest technology for communication, data gathering and reporting.
- Strong leadership and initiative, ability to execute responsibilities with limited management when necessary.
