Job Title: Director of Engineering 
Team/Department: Engineering/Manufacturing
Location: Roanoke, VA (On-site)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000

*EV Infrastructure, Oil-filled Transformer, Utility Transformer experience required!

Currently seeking a Director of Engineering to spearhead our engineering initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

- Standardize engineering processes immediately to enhance efficiency and product reliability.
- Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Review and scrutinize engineering designs, identifying and rectifying mistakes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Oversee engineering projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery of deployable power solutions.

What You Need for this Position

- Masters Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical)
- Utility transformer experience
- Oil-filled transformer experience (preferred)
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with a successful track record of project delivery
