We are looking for experienced and dedicated culinary professionals to join our growing restaurant team in Central Illinois. Ardor Breads and Provisions is a unique, neighborhood restaurant offering seasonally inspired, chef driven cuisine built around fire, fermentation, our in house bakery and our seasonal experimental garden. This newly expanded restaurant, of only 7 months, has already been named one of the top dining destinations in the country, by USA Today. Come bake with our award winning bakery, focusing on naturally leavened sourdough with a focus on ancient heirloom grains, and hand laminated seasonal pastries.
