Job description

We are currently hiring a Contract Recruiter/Sourcer to assist with the high volume of Sales Representative recruiting we are conducting due to MedPro Disposal’s incredible growth!
What You Will Do:
- Use LinkedIn and Indeed to source for high-level sales talent for our Naperville and Chicago locations
- Conduct phone screens and schedule/facilitate both video and onsite interviews for hiring managers
- Manage candidates through the interview process to hire and onboarding stages
- Develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and maintain candidate database
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and Indeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- A positive attitude even in intense situations with tight deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills, thinking ahead on tasks to anticipate future needs and/or potential challenges that may arise
- Ability to problem solve, adapt, prioritize, and collaborate effectively
