FHIA is hiring a Purchasing Agent for our Fort Lauderdale location! We are looking for a outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Review all orders from every office within the State of Florida, and ensure there are no errors with each individual job
- Review measurers with issues/concerns on a needed basis with Homeowners, Measure Technicians, Sales Representative, and Permitting
- Purchasing of all requests from all locations of the company with all vendors .
- Entering all purchasing information into the company’s system ( LeadPerfection ), updating the associated employees with ETA’s and/or issues
- Assess, manage, and mitigate risks
- Determine quality and timing of deliveries
- Maintain cost standards for materials and labor
What You’ll Bring:
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work together with others
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Solid judgment along with decision making skills
- High attention to detail
- Prior admin or data entry is a plus
