Job description
The Plant Start Up Program is an enterprise effort. This program demands large program experience, with understanding of building construction, Network Infrastructure, Global and Enterprise Application and System implementation, Cyber Security and Data Strategy groups.
We seek an experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team, supporting the Plant Start up program. As a Financial Analyst, you will facilitate and coordinate all planning, month-end, and ad hoc financial analysis activities regarding OneTech cost activities. You must have a solid understanding, various finance/accounting concepts, variance analysis and financial modeling.
You must have the ability to operate and work across functional groups at an enterprise organization level. To support the positions various business partners effectively, you must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization including senior executives and Key Stakeholders.
Effective communication of analysis, building strong business partner relationships and building executive-level presentations are essential in this role, as are interpersonal skills. A mindset towards process improvement and automation a plus.
Objectives of this role
Design and manage framework to support this function.
Develop and manage analysis methods for investigating actuals vs forecast.
Monthly management of forecast inputs from functional workstream leads.
Monthly forecast reporting.
Monthly variance reporting.
Monthly Risk analysis reporting.
What You Will Need To Succeed:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Management, Finance, or similar.
At least 5+ years of experience as a budget analyst, financial analyst, business accountant, or similar.
Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and automating (VBA, Power BI) standard procedures and calculations, databases, and financial software applications.
Experience in Financial modeling and forecasting.
Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Works independently using project management skills
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in Microsoft Tools usage Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint
Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
