Job description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administration
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, including profit loss, sales figures, and customer satisfaction
- Identify business development opportunities and implement strategies to expand the branch's customer base
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to promote cross-functional cooperation
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or issues
- Represent the branch in meetings with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
