Role Overview: Campaign Program Manager
- The Brand Strategy & Creative team at ServiceNow is looking for an exceptional, collaborative, and highly adaptable creative project manager to fill the role of Project Manager, Brand.
- This is a key role for a highly proactive, results-oriented person who will confidently drive execution of creative brand initiatives related to our global brand merchandise program, partnering with brand management, internal creative teams, external agencies, and teams across the global enterprise to deliver a well-managed brand merchandise program.
- Working closely with our Brand Management team, you will play a key role in how our brand is perceived and experienced by employees, customers and beyond. You will bring our brand to life through branded merchandise itself, as well as the digital, physical, and experiential platforms we deliver our branded merchandise through.
- The ideal candidate has previous experience executing creative projects with significant moving parts and deliverables within an agency and/or internal creative department.
- The Project Manager is highly comfortable leading meetings and coaching senior-level teams on tasks and risks in a fast paced, solutions-oriented environment.
- This individual will pro-actively drive the execution of these projects and always be the central source-of-truth for a multidisciplinary team.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with the Brand Management program lead and Brand Product Owner to manage the daily operations of, and ongoing relationship with, multiple global creative agencies specializing in merchandise design, sourcing & fulfillment, e-commerce management, and event execution.
- Manage executional details of program growth across new merchandise and e-commerce sites, a growing portfolio of global events and on-site retail experiences, customer gifting programs, new hire onboarding, and more.
- Work with our internal team and partners to define roadmaps for the upcoming quarter, kick-off those projects when ready, and manage through merchandise fulfillment and project completion.
- Pro-actively work with our partners to ensure that their requests are clear, with a brief when appropriate, and clearly identified deliverables, identifying opportunities to optimize project intake and operations.
- Manage all projects in our Project Management tool. Track milestones and tasks with teams across global agency partners, as well as internal creative and marketing partners.
- Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations. Deliver a meeting report with next steps after each meeting.
- Manage creative resource requests for merchandise and digital design, identify resource concerns, and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives.
- Manage the execution of high-priority, quick turn custom merchandise projects for company leadership and global events.
- Provide timely status reports; introduce mitigation tactics to minimize project delivery risks and communicate timelines and approval framework for cross team understanding.
- Facilitate team discussions, resolve conflict, & escalate risks to leadership when necessary.
- Partner with Brand Management program lead and Finance to track and report on program spend and ensure accuracy of agency invoicing.
Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of project/program management experience in a creative agency or internal creative marketing team that produces brand building guidelines, programs, platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing integrated brand campaigns with multiple placements across a variety of media, inclusive of employee facing channels

- This role is fully remote and open to candidates across the US
- EST Time Zone
- Potential light domestic travel - one event in May
Education & Certifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
- The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $50.00-$67.00/hr
