Description

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation

vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support

equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in

environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting

preserves.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative products, drive market share, increase brand recognition, and fulfill customer

expectations and needs.

• Create new product development processes by coordinating sales, marketing, sourcing, engineering,

warehouse, and ecommerce functions.

• Monitor and analyze key market insights, KPI’s and sales trends to manage product road maps across

multiple brands and product lines and provide key insight to the development and implementation of

future business strategies to meet the LRP.

• Understand market drivers and leverage relationships with key industry contacts, distributors, dealers,

and customers to create a winning product roadmap.

• Continually align processes, roles and responsibilities with the strategy of the business.

• Act as POC for product related specs and performance requirements and develop product strategy for

aftermarket kits and parts.

• Shape requirements for business by region/location to develop product portfolio and support responses

to requests for Information (RFIs) and tenders.

• Develop Win-Strategies, Price to Win, Risk Analysis/Mitigation Plans, and Partnering strategies.

• Participate in product gate reviews for assigned pursuits/opportunities.

• Represent company at key trade shows and events to continue to promote the brand, products and

services.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required

• Years of Experience: 5 or more years of relevant experience required

• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office applications with advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce
