Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of heating, cooling and ventilation systems. Coordinates with supervisor to schedule repairs and maintenance needs.
• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains building plumbing systems
• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains building electrical systems
• Performs basic carpentry tasks
• Maintains indoor and outdoor surfaces
• Maintains professional appearance of the facilities

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience.
• Valid Driver’s License
