Job description

We are a dynamic and innovative team currently working on a cloud-based kiosk application. With a year and a half of dedicated effort, we are on the brink of launching our product. However, at this critical juncture, our lead developer has moved on, leaving us in need of a skilled Full Stack Developer to champion the AWS/PHP cloud aspects of our project. If you're passionate about steering projects through their pivotal moments and have a knack for collaborative development, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Web Services (AWS):
Architect, build, deploy, and manage AWS to host websites, applications, and processes.

PHP:
Develop dynamic, public-facing websites, reports, and dashboards with extensive interaction with SQL.
Effectively implement UI designs and build, deploy, and manage Restful Web Service endpoints in JSON & XML.

SQL:
Architect, in a normalized fashion, build, deploy, and administrate databases.

Other Key Skills:
Code management using Git, with repositories hosted on Bitbucket.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams used as our current DevOps collaboration environment.

Qualifications:

At least 5+ years of experience in each of the following platforms: AWS, PHP, SQL.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sprint development environment, communicating effectively with clients and team members.
Excellent collaborative skills, able to work seamlessly with other developers without ego conflicts.
Self-driven and capable of taking ownership of projects without the need for constant micromanagement.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects independently.

Additional Information:

This is a 100% remote position, and while residing in the Dallas area is a plus, it is not a requirement.
