Job description
Semper Home Loans is actively seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Department, specializing in real estate and mortgage services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing marketing projects, managing social media platforms, and contributing to a creative and fast-paced environment within the real estate and mortgage industry.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the completion of various marketing projects focused on real estate and mortgage services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on diverse projects within the real estate and mortgage sectors.
- Maintain and update the company’s website, Help Desk, and social media channels with a focus on real estate and mortgage content.
- Contribute to the production of ads, brochures, newsletters, flyers, and other marketing materials related to real estate and mortgage services.
- Stay current with social media trends in the real estate and mortgage industry, identifying new channels and opportunities.
- Provide clerical support for the Marketing Department, emphasizing real estate and mortgage activities.
- Manage multiple social media accounts, maintaining an appropriate voice within the real estate and mortgage landscape.
- Assist in event planning with a focus on real estate and mortgage-related initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in Marketing within the real estate and mortgage industry.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads, emphasizing real estate and mortgage projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control, particularly in real estate and mortgage materials.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for the real estate and mortgage audience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines in the fast-paced real estate and mortgage environment.
- Team player with strong analytical, self-motivated, and problem-solving abilities, specific to real estate and mortgage challenges.
- Photography and videography experience is a plus, especially within real estate and mortgage contexts.
