**Luxury Brand Development Executive Opportunity**

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead the creation of our value-centered luxury brand. With an eye on capturing a larger share of the high-end real estate market, you'll have the exciting task of leading the development of this segment for a national, technology-driven real estate brokerage.

Since 2020, we've been offering the company services to listing clients, which has significantly boosted our market share growth in this client segment. Recent efforts have been focused on refining our luxury experience for buyers and implementing an enticing agent compensation plan, attracting top talent in the industry. Now, the time has come to consolidate these initiatives, elevate them, and aggressively pursue this lucrative market segment.

**The Role:**
As the captain of this endeavor, you'll report to the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations. Ideally located in a major U.S. market, you'll collaborate with senior leadership to drive market share growth, particularly in our top 12-15 markets. You'll start by leading a small team with ample opportunity for expansion as our Premier segment flourishes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop compelling and scalable customer experiences tailored to exceed the unique expectations of the company luxury clientele.
- Establish brand and service standards, ensuring flawless execution of sales strategies.
- Engage with luxury agents, both within and outside the company, to recruit top talent.
- Create programs aimed at capturing a larger share of high-end clients in both buying and selling markets.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure seamless execution in key Premier markets.
- Partner with HQ functions such as product, marketing, and programs to develop our premier brand both online and offline.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Base Pay Range: $155,800.00 - $233,100.00, with potential for bonuses and equity based on performance.
