Parco Inc. is seeking the employment of a full time, motivated individual to assist in drafting and design responsibilities within a growing small business. Primary responsibilities include taking customer supplied technical drawings, sketches, prints, and schematics and re-creating them in our proprietary Solidworks plug-in, generating tagged bubble, ISO, and Ortho drawings forĀ internal product assembly, and assisting our sales force with product and solution questions.

Experience in a previous work environment within the field is not required, but potential candidates must be proficient in general computer skills and must have previous experience using computer aided design software. Prior work experience utilizing Solidworks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion, Sketchup, or other 3D modelling software is beneficial. Given the unique nature of our product offering, a focus will be placed on "on the job" training and the necessary skills to be successful will be gained as the candidate learns the product line and continues to develop an understanding of our provided services, internal protocols, and customer base.

Candidates need to able to read a tape measure accurately,be proficient at math , have an inclination for attention to detail, understand computer and software programs as outlined above, be willing to learn and cross train with other departments as needed, have a positive attitude, and be punctual. This is a first shift position, with working hours being potentially flexible. Opportunities for overtime are available.

Parco Inc. is a small, family owned and operated fabricator of aluminum framed solutions for the manufacturing, automation, and medical industries. Our products range from perimeter fences for robotic machines to ergonomic workstations to climate controlled enclosures. All of our products are custom and built to order.
