Our Minneapolis/St Paul Apt branch is looking for a new Global Program Manager to join our Sea Logistics team.



YOUR ROLE


The ISC Global Program Manager's (ISC GPM) role is responsible for delivery of the global program and suite of solutions delivered to 3M around the world. This role will be overseeing the activity of the Global OKAM network (NKAMS, RKAMs, GOKAM) to ensure that the solution designed is being delivered while also overseeing the design and implementation of KPI's and responsible for the technical solution delivery. This role will also focus on driving continuous improvements for the 3M program. The ISC GPM drives the development of continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the ISC Engineering Team. In this role, the ISC GPM will support 3M's ongoing Supply Chain transformation strategy and new product implementations by leading project management activities on complex and large programs, typically from initiation through delivery. Includes leading cross-functional teams (both internal and external) through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. It could also include supporting specific activities in support of key corporate initiatives and global process standardization. This role will work in partnership and collaboration with the 3M Global Key Account Manager to grow the 3M partnership and business over time.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


Customer Facing & Account Management

productivity matrices for customer value calculations * Implementation of Project Management for product upgrades and customer acquisitions improvements and redesign where needed * Facilitate and attend Customer monthly meetings and global QBRs meetings Project Management to the regions / countries and overseeing their deliverables * Responsible for overseeing the execution of the required deliverables. Team Management network, including expectations * Create a culture of innovation, curiousity, drive and excellence YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

experience * Be able to manage internal resources through influence, leadership, and building lasting trust initiatives * To have in-depth knowledge of forwarder logistics import and export operations, including systems and


processes related to security protocols * Be able to drive customer compliance through effective communication of international trade regulations implementation best practices * To have in depth knowledge of KN systems and how they work with customer systems to produce desired
