Job description

Clean Eatz-Richmond is a healthy café and meal prep business. We are looking for Front of House Cashiers who are passionate about healthy food and love helping others learn about eating and living healthy! Restaurant hours are 11a-7p Monday-Friday and 11a-3p Saturday and Sunday so NO LATE SHIFTS! We have a safe, clean, and healthy environment (NO oils or fryers). Employees also receive free healthy shift meals and employee discount across all store items.

COMPENSATION: $15-17+/hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our ideal candidate will be extremely outgoing, personable, customer focused, reliable, and hard working. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greet customers entering and leaving the café
• Explain the Clean Eatz concept
• Promote and sale the full line of Clean Eatz offerings (café, meal prep service, marketplace, catering)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure displays are stocked and properly organized
• Assist in making desserts, etc.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service, sales and/or cashier experience
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• The ability to multi-task
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of nutrition is a plus, but not required
