Logistics Coordinator
Direct Hire Opportunity
If you are ready to work with a growing company on exciting projects at an industry leader than Kelly Services has an opportunity for you as a Logistics Coordinator , in Sparks, NV . Our client is looking for a qualified candidate who has experience coordinating shipments, by reducing overall cost.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate all shipping requirements for both inbound, international and outbound airfreight.
Work with sales on creating projections to forecast shipments and complete all required documentation as needed.
Work on finding the most cost effective way to ship out products.
Requirements and Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.
3-5 years prior experience.
Able to perform procedures according to written guidelines and recognize a deviation from accepted practice.
Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Able to clearly communicate problems and observations with management from other departments.
Proficient in creating and utilizing spreadsheets,
