Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Masters in Miami, FL (Florida). Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk management strategies
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability
• Stakeholder Management: Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, addressing concerns and ensuring project alignment with business objectives
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and deviations from project goals
• Quality Assurance: Oversee project deliverables, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and client expectations
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and performance metrics to stakeholders
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback, and implement process improvements for future projects
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards successful project outcomes
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder management and team collaboration
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, ensuring timely resolution of project-related challenges
