Job description
The Managed Repair Program Administrator will be responsible for acting as the key administrative support resource. The MRP Administrator will work in a team environment to provide a full and high level of administrative support and assistance to the (MRP) development and execution.
Essential Functions
- Manage and organize information flow.
- Set up claims in Elite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Relay information to the MRP Vendor’s CRM
- Prepare correspondence, documents and reports, including those of a highly confidential nature.
- Ensure the payments from the MRP are linked to the correct claim and paid in full before closing out the job
- Work collaboratively with staff in other MRP and Elite departments
- Assist in the collection of Certificate of Satisfaction
- Maintain files and record-keeping systems for the MRP.
- As required, provide support or work on special projects.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably an associate degree or combined education and experience
- Previous office administration experience, preferably 2-5 years.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Well-developed Interpersonal skills
- Honed Organizational skills.
- Outstanding Clerical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $35,000.00 per year
