About This Role

The Medical Director, Neuropsychiatry (NP) role is a part of US Medical, a strategic partner within Biogen, that helps inform medical practice across our therapeutic areas and pipeline to improve meaningful patient outcomes. As a key member of the US Neuropsychiatry Medical Director office team reporting to the NA Neuropsychiatry Head, the Medical Director – Neuropsychiatry is medically accountable for supporting the development and implementation of the US Medical Strategy for Biogen’s Neuropsychiatry therapeutic area commercialized products and related assets. The base compensation range for this role is $192,900 to $321,500. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job related years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location of the job. Additionally, this role is eligible for participation in Biogen’s LTI grants and other incentive programs. Biogen offers a full range of benefits that include medical, dental, life, long and short-term disability insurances, vacation, end-of-year shutdown, and 401K participation and matching contributions.
