Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Wage: $21 - $23 per hour

Job Description
What You Get To Do:
The Maintenance Technician is vital in guaranteeing the physical health and upkeep of our Supported Living homes, their surroundings, and the equipment inside them. This role includes supervising the maintenance of both group homes and company offices, while also making sure that all regulations and city codes are adhered to.
- Maintain individual group homes, handling minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
- Repair damage to walls and paint as needed.
- Oversee preventative maintenance program.
- Check and test fire and sprinkler systems every month.
- Follow safety rules (OSHA regulations) by regularly cleaning equipment.
- Maintain and supervise the grounds of the group homes, including roof repair and maintenance, gutter cleaning and repair, siding repair, a/c maintenance
- Maintain fences, clean driveways, and clear out weeds and debris, including sidewalks.
- Ensure proper functioning of the sprinkler system for lawn watering.
- Clear snow and ice during winter months.
- Submit receipts and mileage reports promptly to support the budget.
- Plan and supervise maintenance contract services as needed.
Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Working knowledge of basic carpentry skills, household appliance repair, exterior repair, and electrical and plumbing skills
- Basic facilities experience is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, adaptable, flexible
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Must secure First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days.
