Job description

We are partnering with a dynamic legal firm in search of a talented Contract Litigation Attorney to join our team. If you are an experienced professional with a passion for delivering top-notch legal services in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! This position offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

- Manage contract litigation matters within the realm of affordable housing and real estate transactions.
- Skillfully draft, review, and revise legal documents pertinent to real estate transactions.
- Offer legal guidance on both private and public lending matters.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with governmental agencies.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to inform case strategies.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
- Ensure the accuracy of legal documents through thorough proofreading.
- Maintain seamless communication and alignment with partners, attorneys, and clients.
- Demonstrate autonomy and teamwork in liaising with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on transactional matters.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Familiarity with affordable housing, real estate transactions, and non-profit organizations preferred.
- Experience in private and public lending is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Sheets and Docs.

Compensation Details: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
