SWMG Administrative Assistant (Finance / Accounting)
Part Time: 28 hours
Hourly: $15-$18

Our fast-growing financial planning firm is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual, who loves getting things done. We are looking for a perfectionist to take care of our clients' and office's basic necessities! We are a family-oriented, Christian based firm based in downtown Fort Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Primary person to answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary
- Primary backup to the part-time hospitality greeter
- Provide IT Level 1 support to clients (password reset, finding a path, locating documents, etc.)
- Review and assign inbound client service emails to the appropriate persons
- Copying, scanning, labeling and electronically filing documents
- Maintain client records within CRM database (Redtail)
- Process in/outbound mail with office manager
- Prepare and process meeting documents
- Interface with clients, team members, business partners and vendors
- Write and update job duties' checklist and instructions
- Complete other requests and projects as needed
- Light cleaning and assembling of items as needed (must be able to lift 20lbs)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus
- Minimum 3 years' experience in as an administrative assistant or equivalent in a professional setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience in the financial or accounting industry preferred
- Three (3) professional references

- Redtail CRM
- Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Teams
- Industry specific software (Morningstar, eMoney and Pershing's NetX 360+)
Dress Code : Business professional
Hours:
- Monday 8am-4pm
- Tuesday-Thursday 8am - 1pm
- Friday 8am -4pm
Hourly Pay: $15 - $18 per hour (based on experience) plus annual bonus
Benefits Available: None available for part time.
